What type of simulation based training programs do you offer? The School of Experiential learning offers a wide range of simulation based training programs designed to enhance both technical & clinical decision making skills for health care professionals. These include manikin based skill including case scenarios of complex situations, standardized patient program, cadaveric lab and wet lab.  
Are there different levels of simulation training (beginner, intermediate, advanced)? Yes, we provide simulation training at different levels based on the participants' expertise. We have beginner-level programs for students and trainees, intermediate courses for healthcare professionals looking to refine their skills, and advanced simulations for ex perienced practitioners aiming to master complex procedures and critical decision-making.
Do you offer customized simulation programs for institutions and hospitals? Absolutely! We work closely with healthcare institutions and hospitals to develop tailored simulation programs that meet their specific training needs.
Can participants request specific case scenarios for training? - Yes, participants can request specific case scenarios based on their training requirements.
Do you provide interdisciplinary simulations for teams (e.g., doctors, nurses, and paramedics together)? Yes, we conduct interdisciplinary simulation training that brings together doctors, nurses, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals.
Who can participate in the simulation-based training programs? Our simulation-based training programs are open to a wide range of participants, including medical students, nursing students, interns, residents, practicing doctors, nurses, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals

   What qualifications are required to apply for the faculty development program? Applicants should have a background in healthcare profession. This includes doctors, nurses, paramedics, and allied health professionals involved in teaching or training. While prior experience in simulation-based education is not mandatory, a keen interest in integrating simulation into teaching methodologies is preferred.
Are there refresher courses for faculty to upgrade their simulation training skills? - Yes, we offer periodic refresher courses and advanced training sessions for faculty members.

How long is the certification validity of AHA and ALSO? The validity of the certification is 2 years
Refresher courses are recommended for Clinical skill-based certifications to ensure continued competence and skill enhancement.
